Foreflight is the aviation's most recognizable software product. It's used by pilots around the globe for flight planning, real time weather reports, and a whole bunch more. I like to think of it as Google Maps for pilots.
Process
Between Two Wings began as a remote interview podcast. It was then relaunched as a high quality, in person show.
During it's relaunch, I was asked to help guide the creative vision for the show.
We wanted the new show to have a punchy introduction, high quality graphics, and professional audio. But most importantly, we wanted it to be exciting for viewers.
My specific role in the show's relaunch included:
Guiding this new sub-brand's voice within the context of the greater brand.
Pitching, animating, and scoring a new intro animation
DOP for on site shoots.
Lead Editor for the show.
As we've progressed in the show, we've been able to highlight some incredible stories. Nearly every guest has made the same comment: this was one of their favorite interview experiences of their career.
The new B2W is an award winning video podcast that is loved by it's audience of aviation enthusiasts and industry professionals.
